Direct family advocacy support for working parents is a benefit provided by employers consistent with California’s protections for working parents, including Labor Code §§230.7, 230.8, 233, 245–249

All packages include direct support, educational workshops (virtual or on-site), school site meeting support and advocacy, assistance with written correspondence, bilingual assistance (English/Spanish), and a manager toolkit.
